Acer negundo Aureo Variegatum is a striking, deciduous, rounded tree with attractive green/cream foliage.

It makes a good shade tree, though its branches can be a bit brittle in high winds, and goes well in larger gardens and rolling lawns where its contrasting foliage and pleasing shape can be seen to best effect.

It does not like salty winds which will scorch the leaves and prefers organic rich soil though will grow in most soil conditions.
