TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Conditions & Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Live Plant Policy & Availability

  • Nature of Goods: Live plants vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. Photos on our website serve as representative examples; the actual plant received may differ slightly.

  • Stock & Pricing: Prices and availability of plant varieties, pots, and gardening supplies are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Shipping & Weather Restrictions

  • At this point Great Soutern Nurseries does not provide shipping or outbound freight services.

4. Returns, Guarantee & Claims

  • Live Plant Guarantee: We guarantee that plants are sold healthy. It is your responsibility to maintain the plants health and Great Soutern Nurseries will not be reposnible for it’s transportation and ongoing health from the point of the client’s purchase.

  • Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, environmental conditions after delivery, pest infestations occurring post-delivery, or plants modified/repotted by the buyer.

5. Point of Sale (POS)

  • Payment Processing: We accept major credit cards, debit cards via secure payment processors.

  • In-Store Pickup: Orders placed online for local pickup must be collected within 14 days. Unclaimed live plants after this period may be returned to inventory without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any product sold is limited strictly to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or loss of any plant or supply.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
